Time Flies, and So Do We

It's here! The last day of two-thousand and nine! We're about to welcome in twenty-ten! :)

I would have to say that the word of the year would be Adjustments.
Sure everyday you make small changes, re-evaluate and analyze the situation you are in, but I really think that this year- a year of adjusting- summarizes the most of it.
***********************************************************************************
So, what exactly DOES adjusting mean in 2009 for the Choate Family?
Beginning of the year: new callings....new experiences....new lessons
Spring: Hey! We tore down our back patio, lets build it up again!.....
Summer: GO GO GO! Utah, Missouri, Illinios, Wisconsin, Chicago, St.Louis, SanDiego
Fall: School, Work, What? aren't we still a Family!? where did the time go!??
Winter: CHRISTMAS BREAK ROCKS!!
*******************************************************
So, whether it was the common adjustment of schedules to fufill Church responsiblities, school, work or I-need-to-get-out time; the adjustment of attempting to listen to a book on tape in MP3 format in a car that doesn't read MP3 on a looong road trip and using the old laptop with lousy speakers; the adjustment of realization that banks don't look to deal with the little man, they want the big bucks; and finally, the adjustment that Family includes a LOT of people- and we should continue love and serve them all and eat pie together. :)
