THE GREAT STATE FAIR OF OKLAHOMA!!

As of this picture....lil' Joseph has grown ONE tooth, started on baby cereal and is beginning to experiement with other pureed foods.  So far on the menu: potatoes.  While he's a fan of the idea of eating from a spoon, he wasn't so sure about the potato taste.  Our plan is to introduce peas next.  Then, I can mix my potato cubes with pea cubes!  Our freezer will once again fill up with ice cube sized baby food squares in bags.  So much more fun to make the food than buy it.

Yep, she could probably buy that car 13 years from now.  I can see it now.....the year is 2025.

So, after State Fair Thursday, Jason had Friday off (yay!) so we used the free zoo passes that he earned giving blood and went to the OKC ZOO! 

We learned our lesson at the State Fair.  By taking the stroller without the carseat in it, we can use it for either child= if eldest daughter is not walking/tired/cranky, we can strap her in and put the lil' one in the carrier. :) And yes, we match- it makes it way easier to find everyone...all  4 of us.
