Showing off her tree!  We thought it might be fun to let her pick out a little 1ft tree this year.  Today was suprisingly warm (around 70 degrees) so we did some outdoor cleaning and winter preparations.  Around 11 we were working outside and Kaylena was still inside, so I told her to come outside to play for a bit, "No, it's too cold mama!"  (you know, since she hardly wears clothes, that's what she's been hearing lately).  Once we convinced her to just try it, we couldn't get her back in!!  Joseph had fun too.  He just kept looking confused- about crawling around on this new "ground", the sun and memories of the grass.  I wonder how life perspectives would change if you only knew winter, or only knew summer....I read a book about that a while back, Einstein's Dreams.  Pretty interesting stuff.

Today we didn't get much done inside- so the house looks amazingly messy.  It's shocking the difference a second mobile child can make.  I seriously cleaned up the same thing like 3 times, and it's all over the floor again.  I guess it's time to cycle through the toys/ storage techniques to something more efficient!
