Yesterday...

OOps, guess I missed last night.  Jason was still home sick, but was feeling MUCH better- he installed 2 outside lights, another smoke detector, a toilet paper roll holder in our bathroom, and bathtub fixtures in the main bathroom.  OH and labeled the breaker panel. 

While he had the electricity off installing the outside lights, I tried to teach Kaylena to play hide-and-go seek.  It was only about 5:30 at night, but it was already quite dark.  Anyway, I hid first and she stood in the corner- I told her to count to 10 theeeen come find me, but she just stood in the corner then came out saying, "1...mama where are you?"  "I'm hiding!" "Oh...2, 3, 4" (all while walking around) "Mama where are you?" ......... silence............."Maaaaaaaaaaaaaamaaaaaaaaa where are you?"  "I'm hiding!"  "Oh...ummm....8, 9, 10, 11, 12..Mama where are you?"  "I'm hiding!!!!!"  LOL by this point she was in the room I was in and she found me.  Then I told her it was her turn to hide!  So, she stooped down in that exact same spot....hehe oh well, maybe this is one of those games you have to learn to play by playing.  :) 

The picture I snagged "today" was one of the kiddos playing.  I'd say they're up to about 50% of the time playing nicely together- it's sooo much fun to see that.  It's a whole other level of fun with 2 that I don't think we experienced with 1 child.  The other 50% of the time they're either playing separate, or Kaylena is getting annoyed by the lil' one.  Hm....a bit of foreshadowing perhaps?
