This afternoon we delivered cookies to our neighbors and sang carols.  It was fun, but a bit weird standing at a door in the middle of a very sunny day singing Christmas songs.  It was nice though that we caught 3 of the 4 of our neighbors, and have plans to visit the two "new ones"- who really aren't new, but who we just met, and then the one neighbors across the street who are very much to themselves.  We tried three Christmas to go caroling with the Elders, and the guy came up to the window and shut the blinds on us...awkward... since then though, they've started waving, and I've even had a brief weather-related conversation with him.  I think there's hope!!  The most we have to loose is a daily wave.
