Things I learned today:

People look you up and down when you have a screaming child in a grocery store.........when she's really screaming because it's naptime and she saw the isle with marshmallows....

When you have a screaming child, your judgement is hindered a bit...... and you don't see the smallest print "Buttermilk" on the lable until after I took a great big swig....blllaarg

When that screaming child goes outside and you talk to her about her behavior it gets better......and even better when on the walk home you stop to pick up purple flowers AND yellow ones...

Evening interpreting work isn't any easier after a day at home than it is after a day of other interpreting work....therefore the question shouldn't be "do you work? or are you a stay at home mom?"  because they are both work and both mothers..... and that me going to work isn't what some people presume it to be when they say, "wow, you work nights?  must be a nice break for you."  Also when people at work say, "oh you don't work all day!  Ain't that the life!"  sheesh.......  Honestly though, I love being at home with our kiddos and the housework so *most* of the time it really doesn't feel like work, and my job as an interpreter is so neat that *most* of the time it really doesn't feel like work either!  Well, except for the fact that I have to get dressed up and send invoices every two weeks.......

Another thing I've learned today: doing a short workout after work today to come home to see my hubby awake was totally worth it! :)  G'night!  I need to go get some milk.....
