This morning we had playgroup at the church.  One of the sister's had a handful of fun activities for the kids for her daughter's birthday.  One of which was decorating sugar cookies! ....O.o  Kaylena made one for me and one for her, then Joseph stole a cookie from a one-year-old girl....which he did not eat before I came onto the scene.

After we got in the car to go, I checked a message from Jason's dad that his Aunt Anne and Uncle Dick decided to stay through today and leave tomorrow morning instead of leaving today at lunch.  So, we headed straight down to see them and that hour and a half or so drive was a good naptime for the two kids.  It was nice to be able to chat and relax with everyone once we got there, and Jason even got to come after school because his class was possibly canceled.  Well, all the classes were cancelled up to 5:00pm because of the thunderstorm that had come through....and his class was at 5:30.... and he hadn't seen his aunt and uncle in like 5 years...... and they live in Idaho..... so...... it was time well spent.  Then, the kids fell asleep on the drive home, and I feel like I'm right behind 'em! :)
