A little mood music....:o)
It's AMAZING what a working dishwasher and washing machine can do. We fixed our washing machine a few weeks ago- and felt as if we could once again go out into the world. Since before thanksgiving we have been without a dishwasher, and while I would like to say I appreciated the dishwasher when we didn't have one- I think I was just honestly more annoyed. Buuuuuut...now that we HAVE a dishwasher AND it's installed AND it doesn't leak.....it's AMAZING! the difference.
Jason no longer comes home to a pile of dishes in the sink because I always find something else to do than dishes, and I am once again baking without regret. IT'S just AMAZING the change in attitude in our entire home. Weird huh? I'm sure the dishwasher installation shouldn't get all of the credit, we have been doing other things, but I would seriously give it 50% less stress in our lives credit.
Yes, that's a failing grade, but there's always bonus points. :)
The other strong credit comes from Jason's job change. After a high-stress district and a higher-stressed job search after leaving at the end of the first semester, he started in January at a new school and is LOVING it.
The Wolves have accepted him in the pack, and he is enjoying the support he gets there from the administration. They appreciate foreign language, and there are other Spanish/French teachers there for him to coordinate with. It's AMAZING the blessing this school is.
As for our lil' sunshine- she is blossoming into a lil'...something cute. She definitely has her own personality, and is just hilarious to watch sometimes. She had been playing with her alphabet letters, then heard the song on the radio start and immediately put everything down, picked up her doll and started dancing. I of course, ran to find the camera, the batteries, and 'snuck a peak' at her. :o) Unfortunately it was short-lived on the video and she remembers how much fun those letters were.
AND it's sideways. But it's still AMAZINGly cute.
Yes, you can watch it again- it's the first part that's the cutest! :) It's almost like she wanted to keep playing with the letters but couldn't stop DANCING! It really was cute that she did it for so long.
